Responsibilities:

• Design and develop corporate identity, brand images, design, concept development for various businesses covering hotel, real estate and edutainment etc
• Lead the creative team for the development and delivery of campaigns right from inception stage, idea generation and production stages
• Motivate and inspire the team to maximize their creative productivity and quality of work 
• Work effectively with the project management team to develop solutions that clearly meet briefs and/or company objectives, as well as timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Possess 10+ years of creative/design experience in advertising or relevant industry, experience of working in 4A’s advertising company is an advantage
• Able to work across all digital as well as offline channels (web, mobile, social media, events, etc)
• Highly digital savvy, good knowledge of UX and UI is an advantage
• Strong leadership experience in managing and training the design team
• Demonstrate outstanding creative concept and strong marketing sense
• Creative, passionate and hard-working
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred but not an essential.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Creative Director
