Our General Graduate Trainee Programme provides opportunities to outstanding university graduates and aims to develop them to be our future leaders. The general graduate trainees will be inducted into the organization’s core competencies that will not only allow them to understand inner operations of HAESL but also develop and hone their skills as a potential management leader at HAESL.

Programme Structure

1st & 2nd Year:

• On-the-job training in various departments
• Soft skills and management training

3rd & 4th Year:

• Work in one of the departments at HAESL
• Secondment to Cathay Pacific Airways (10 - 12 weeks); and
• Secondment to Rolls-Royce in the UK (10 - 12 weeks)

Entry Requirements

• Honors degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
• Highly organized with self-motivation and commitment
• Strong interpersonal skills to contribute in a team environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent communication in English and Chinese
