Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll and enquiry, handle retirement fund contribution and tax return to IRD
• Participate in and propose payroll system change to meet new requirement
• Check payment vouchers and cheques for new joiner and resignee and staffs cost related recharge debit note
• Prepare month end closing and forecast
• Provide annual audit, budget, taxation and accounts preparation
• Supervise and train up subordinate to competency level
• Complete other assignments allocated by his/her superior

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent with pass in English language, minimum 3 years’ accounting experience.
• HKICPA or LCC Higher Level is a must.
• Proficient in computer knowledge
• A pro-active attitude and always prepared to offer services to internal/external customers
• Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in Flex System or with aviation industry experience is preferable
