Purpose of Job

• Assisting in preparing group financial and management reports, budgets and forecasts
• Performing variance analysis against budget, forecast and profitability analysis against industry benchmark
• Coordinating with regional hotel and finance teams on management reporting
• Maintaining accurate and timely financial and operating information and ensuring corporate deadlines are met
• Assisting in implementing budget and reporting tools and supporting process re-engineering within finance and accounting function
• Preparing ad-hoc analyses and reports for projects in the pipeline
• Assisting in reviewing and refining the internal reporting systems/ formats for management and owners

Do you have the following?

• Degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant qualifications
• At least 3 years of working experience in auditing, management reporting or financial planning and analysis
• MNC experience gained from centralised/ regional office or prior knowledge in the hospitality industry would be advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge in Sun Accounting/ Oracle/ Hyperion is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, flexible, self-motivated and a good team player
• Effective interpersonal skills, independent and goal-driven personality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Less experienced candidates with a passion to develop a career in management reporting and finance will also be considered
