Job Responsibilities

• Report to Group Financial Controller
• Responsible for monthly consolidation, statutory and management reporting of the group
• Prepare financial and business analysis including variance and costing analysis, investment appraisal, etc
• Work with various stakeholders to assist in driving changes to reporting procedures across the group
• Engage in process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies of finance and treasury operations
• Frequent Travel is required
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional qualifications in HKICPA/ CPA
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in accounting and financial management preferably in big 4 / Hong Kong listed companies
• Hands on experience in handling consolidation, statutory financial reporting requirements as well as listing rules
• Mature, self initiative and able to work independently under pressure
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and good sense of judgment
• Proficient user in MS Office, especially in Excel Spreadsheet
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
