Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Monitors day-to-day service request activities and keeps track of work order and closure with the timeline of the deliverables;
- Initiates, plans, monitors and controls daily performance of operations, maintenance and facilities team members and ensure that all activities are performed in safe and efficient manner;
- Ensures efficient and cost effective operational running of allocated properties of facilities and provision of quality services;
- Manages waste, recycling, energy and water consumption; and working collaboratively with the UK Facility Team on various environmental / H&S project initiatives;
- Monitors execution of works, and ensure adherence to property leases and compliance with statutory requirements;
- To assist on the provision of training, management and guidance to facilities team members/vendors;
- To coordinate and monitor corrective action, and service requests and management reports as required;
- To supervise services delivery, of subcontractors and subcontracted services;
- Responds and handles facilities complaints, plus related matters within the scope of works;
- To provide a bi-weekly update and submit all regular reports and as well as ad-hoc assignments when needed and required;
- Reviews the performance of contractor(s) and liaises with contractors, collect quotations and prepare quotation analysis, tendering where necessary;
- Managing H&S, Fire Safety, Security & Cleaning
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree qualifications in Purchasing andSupply Chain/ Business Administration/ Property or Facility Management, or other relevant disciplines
- Holder of relevant professional qualifications, or Holder of Registration Electrical Worker License A, would be a definite advantage
- A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience within sizeable organizations, of which at least 1 year in supervisory level
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislations concerning property/facilities management
- Sound analytical, problem solving skills,detailed oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicationand presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

The role is based in our Asia Pacific Distribution Centre, Tsing Yi.
