Key job responsibilities :
1. Directly reports to the General Manager and ensures the smooth operations of the Department.
2. Formulate strategies, business plan and operating guidelines.
3. Ensure the financial and business objectives as well as overall service performance are achieved.
4. Forecast and monitor the F & B Sales activities and the revenues.
5. Ensure costing within budgeting.
6. Ensure the operations fully comply with the regulations and policies of the China government.
Requirements :
1. At least 10 years hotel working experience with minimum 3 years at senior managerial position preferably in Shanghai.
2. College degree or equivalent professional hotel training.
3. Initiative to drive business and continuous improvement.
4. Independent & ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken Mandarin & English.
6. Willing to station in Shanghai
