Responsibilities
- Manage multiple F&B outlets and moniter their daily operations
- Analyze and report regularly on operational performance of outlets
- Maintains close ties with customers to engender loyalty
- Provide training and lead restaurants managers to improve the services
Requirements
- Degree holder, professional qualification in F&B management is an advantage
- At least 8 years’ solid experience
- Michelin restaurant and 5 stars hotel experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and able to manage the overall operations of multiple stores independently
- Strong business acumen, well versed on market trends
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
