Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology 

The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support to a coding education project. He/She should be able to work independently to coordinate and oversee the project. Duties include coordinating with international and local external partners, (handling finance and human resources-related issues and/or organizing international conferences), arranging meetings, seminars, and other functions related to the project as appropriate. The appointment will be for a period of two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement. 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with several years of relevant post-qualification working experience preferably at the executive level in tertiary institutions. They should also have good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, high proficiency in both English and Chinese, good problem-solving ability, high literacy in MS Office, and be attentive to details. They should be self-motivated and able to work under pressure, work independently and as a good team player. Applicants with working experience in tertiary education institutions or event management would be an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.  

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits.
