Responsibilities

• To manage the development and responsible for quality of examination questions for HKIB professional examinations under the Professional Qualification Programmes & Enhanced Competence Framework(ECF), e.g. Certified Banker (CB), Associate AML Professional (AAMLP)
• To coordinate with local/overseas examiners and moderators
• To administer professional examinations
• To develop system, policy, guidelines and workflows for the examinations to ensure quality development of examination questions pool
• To promote the HKIB Professional Qualification Programmes to members and stakeholders
• To provide secretarial support to committees responsible for Professional Qualification Programmes examinations
• To assist in any other ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with around 5 years working experience. AHKIB, CB or CFMP is preferable;
• Working experience in a bank, financial institute or professional body is an advantage;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
• A positive team player with good interpersonal & organizational skills;
• Able to work under pressure and challenges;
• High proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Chinese word processing is preferred;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Examination Development Manager;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
