Responsibilities:

Responsible for the VIP events from planning, liaising business partners and on-site management to post-event evaluation

To formulate and implement stylish and high quality services in the company’s business activities and projects
-
To develop and implement Catering & Events Strategies for business functions
-
Manage and support for all pre event coordination and arrangement, including but not limited to venue selection, catering, arranging transportation for participants, equipment and facilities requirement and rundown preparation
-
Maintain complete and accurate records on budget and program expenditure, control of budget, workflow and prepare relevant reports for management review.

Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure high quality of works are delivered
Requirements:
-
Degree or Diploma holder in Communications, Club & Recreational / Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
-
Minimum 8 years’ of relevant experience
-
Strong organizational skill and sound experience in managing exquisite events
-
Self-starter with creativity, strategic mindset and business sense
-
Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in PC operations
