Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate outsourced contractors and user department for the repair, annual inspection (including AVL) of non-MHS equipment, GSE and ramp vehicles
• Coordinate with internal and external parties during emergency breakdown maintenance for Non-MHS equipment, GSE and ramp vehicles. Supervise the contractors to ensure their timely attendance of all faults, diagnose, estimated downtime and corrective action follow up
• Maintain updated repair & maintenance record, produce and generate reports as directed by managers
• Responsible for the preparation, process and follow up on purchase orders, repair orders and other related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Handle and monitor claims to vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
• Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises
• Assist and support the Managers during an emergency or crisis situation. 24 hours shift duty may be required. Attending emergency, report duty during off-duty and typhoon as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Certificate or above in Engineering
• A minimum of 4-8 years post qualification experience with not less than 1 year at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal skills and good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office
• Minimal supervision and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work shifty duty and overnight if necessary
• Holder of Grade A/B registered Electrical worker certificate, driving license, forklift license, welding license, experience on diesel engine and vehicle maintenance and repair will be advantageous
