Responsibilities: 

• Lead the technical team to perform day-to-day building maintenance management services;
• Overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs;
• To prepare the tender document and routine maintenance report;
• Handle emergency duties related to system breakdowns;
• Supervise repair works and monitor vendors’ performance 

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degree in Building Services Engineering/ Building Studies/ Building Surveying or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years experience in property & facilities maintenance.
  
• Good knowledge in the operation of electrical installation, air-conditioning system and builder works.
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works/tenders.
• Registered Electrical Worker ( Grade B is preferable) or formal on-job training in Building Surveying would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Familiar with ISO9001, OSH18001, IMS is preferable.
