Responsibilities :
- Handling email inquiries;
- Handling customer enquires
- Assistant in manage e-commerce platform
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma holders
- HKDSE : English Language : Grade 4 or above
- HKAL : English language : Grade D or above
- Strong customer services mind
- Good written English
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel is a must
- Fresh graduate are also welcome
Salary :
13K or above , year end bonus, 10 days annual leave.
