Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary, the Director and Corporate Controller is responsible for all accounting, financial and treasury functions of the Corporation, as well as to provide financial advice in support of the Corporation’s business activities and capital investment plans. As Head of the Finance Department, the position is expected to create and implement policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Qualified Accountant with Fellow Membership.
- At least ten years of controllership experience in business with diversified operations.
- Leadership experience in managing a team of no less than 50 staff.
- Engaged personality and creative.
- Strong computer skills in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Fluency in both English and Cantonese.
- Experience in writing business reports and board papers.
