Responsibilities
- Manage eCommerce platform development and operation. Participate in requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, UX design, vendor management, UAT and launch planning
- Develop detailed project plans, as well as issues and risk management plans for ongoing platform development
- Act as a bridge between the management, business unit and development team to ensure all tasks and milestones are reached in a timely manner
- Coordinate with different stakeholders including business users, IT team, creative team to ensure the quality of project
- Liaise and manage internal / external resources to ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline
Requirements
- University graduate in Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines
- Min 5 years Project Management experience, of which at least 2 years in a large scale eCommerce / digital platform development
- Knowledge of data analysis, digital planning and technologies is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, dynamic
- Good project management skill
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
