Responsibilities

• Manage eCommerce platform development and operation. Participate in requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, UX design, vendor management, UAT and launch planning
• Develop detailed project plans, as well as issues and risk management plans for ongoing platform development
• Act as a bridge between the management, business unit and development team to ensure all tasks and milestones are reached in a timely manner
• Coordinate with different stakeholders including business users, IT team, creative team to ensure the quality of project
• Liaise and manage internal / external resources to ensure timely and accurate implementation
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline

Requirements

• University graduate in Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines
• Min 5 years Project Management experience, of which at least 2 years in a large scale eCommerce / digital platform development
• Knowledge of data analysis, digital planning and technologies is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, dynamic
• Good project management skill
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
