Company Overview
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Elevate the overall digital advertising offerings, whether by enhancing current offerings or creating innovative digital ad products to enable sales team to drive revenue.
- Own digital advertising product development projects and collaborate with development team to control timely delivery.
- Define and maintain pricing and discount on advertising product offerings.
- Define logistics, scopes and responsibility of the right party in executing campaigns involving new and existing products.
- Develop sales enablement programs and product updates to educate local and overseas sales teams with product trainings.
- Ensure that all digital advertising products performances are kept under monitor.
- Make fast, high-quality decisions that strengthen the company’s digital offerings.
- Proactively seek to improve advertising product offerings with balanced user-experience and advertising efficiency.
- An escalation point for project executive handling content and social projects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and advertising (digital agency or publisher experience is a plus)
- Experience in data analysis (web analytics) and able to draw actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multi-task effectively
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
Working location will be at Causeway Bay office.
