What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute marketing plans of baby related products and gifts and premium for local and international markets;
• Develop the marketing strategy for products and the brand in line with the company’s objectives;
• Responsible for product planning, conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities, and to determine product positioning;
• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising and promotional projects and activities;
• Formulate and execute social media tactics;
• Develop and manage the marketing budgets;
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications;
• Develop channels and potential strategic partnership for marketing;
• Formulate and implement pricing strategies;
• Work closely with Product Design teams for new product development;
• Conduct product training to front line personnel and to support the distributors and sales representatives with marketing programs;
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

What you need for this position:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline;
• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in product management and/or product marketing, preferably in baby related products, and gifts and premiums fields;
• Proven track record in managing product marketing and positioning;
• Experience of internet marketing, on-line shop, social media tactics is highly preferable;
• Experience in mainland China markets and Hong Kong is an advantage;
• Proactive, project driver, and result-oriented;
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and good interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, and fluent in Mandarin;
• Travel is required.
