[Appointment period: twelve months]
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) assist to develop and conduct different leadership projects related to mainland and international universities under the Global Youth Leadership Institute;
(b) monitor the progress of leadership projects and activities as assigned;
(c) work closely with mainland and international colleagues in the promotion, planning, coordination and management of educational programmes and activities of the Institute;
(d) assist the publicity and fund-raising initiatives in support of the development of Institute and prepare proposals and reports for donors concerned; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Institute or her delegates.
The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours and travel outside Hong Kong.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Work or Education;
(b) at least five years of solid post-qualification work experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions;
(c) the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong administrative skills; good project management and organizational skills;
(d) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua; and
(e) good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for a written test.
