Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions
  • Cross-sell retail banking products
  • Support back-end branch operations

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
  • Relevant teller experience an advantage
  • Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua
