Responsibilities:
- Provide counter services and quality customer service in branch network
- Support Relationship Managers in wealth management and insurance sales service
- Cross-sell general banking products
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in counter services preferred
- Passes in IIQE and HKSI licensing examinations
- Customer and sales oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
- PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
