Job Responsibility:

  • Manage customer enquiry by phone or e-mail
  • Order management and creation, chasing/monitoring order until invoice
  • Project handling
  • Report analyzing
  • Complaint handling and case following up until closed
  • Project handling
  • Co-ordination with other departments for internal/external issue

Qualifications

  • F.5 graduation or above
  • 3 years above Customer Service with order management experience
  • Project handling, Report analyzing
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Good communication skill, willing to learn, allow work overtime, discussable, good organization
  • Experience with SAP, E1 and Oracle are preferable
  • Willing to learning, adaptable, proactive, good logical thinking, good communication skill
  • Can work overtime when necessary
