Job Responsibility:
- Manage customer enquiry by phone or e-mail
- Order management and creation, chasing/monitoring order until invoice
- Project handling
- Report analyzing
- Complaint handling and case following up until closed
- Project handling
- Co-ordination with other departments for internal/external issue
Qualifications
- F.5 graduation or above
- 3 years above Customer Service with order management experience
- Project handling, Report analyzing
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Good communication skill, willing to learn, allow work overtime, discussable, good organization
- Experience with SAP, E1 and Oracle are preferable
- Willing to learning, adaptable, proactive, good logical thinking, good communication skill
- Can work overtime when necessary
