• F.5 or above, 1 year relevant experience preferred 
• professional and efficient customer service support
• Handle telephone & email enquiries including complaints, follow orders & etc.
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• good command of spoken and written chinese
• knowledge in MS office application
• Working hours: 4-6 hrs per day ( Mon- Fri)
