Company Overview

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage the Education Centre’s general front desk operations and handle administration works;
  • Handle day-to-day student affairs and administrations including enrolments, attendance system and students' safety;
  • Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk;
  • Answer phone calls and handling enquiries;
  • 5 days work(Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday);
  • 9 AM - 6PM or 10 AM - 7PM.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 graduate or above;
  • Excellent command in English;
  • Working experience in sales and customer service preferred;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build a trust relationship with parents and students;
  • Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior;
  • Able to stay calm in difficult situations;
  • Detail-minded and multi-tasking skills;
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience and knowledge in design (AI / Photoshop) is a plus;
  • Ethnic minorities are welcomed.
