The incumbent will be responsible for supporting procurement matters of the catering operations. He/she will provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Purchasing Team in placing purchase orders, following up delivery, maintaining purchase information in SAP, preparing and dispatching tender/quotation invitation documents, conducting quotation exercises for general F&B contracts as well as quotation evaluation, preparation of purchase reports, term contracts, contract administration, compiling supplier registration documents, sourcing and conducting purchasing research, maintaining the purchasing library and the databases of Register of Suppliers / Contractors and Register of Consultants; and assume any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
