Pay
HK$47,007 to HK$67,794 per month (including Monthly Allowance).

Job
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager (Development & Costing) at the Head Office Finance Division, the incumbent will support the service costing function of the Hospital Authority. Key responsibilities include:

1. Support the overall coordination of HA’s costing exercise, including the reviewing and analyzing of costing information submitted by hospitals to ensure quality and compliance with costing principles and guidelines.
2.Prepare costing reports and analysis for external reports to the government and public, as well as internal performance benchmarking and resource management purpose.
3.Assist in the handling of costing related enquiries from different government bodies, the Legislative Council members as well as the public.
4.Support the development and implementation of costing methodology and ensure consistent application among hospitals.
5.Support ongoing enhancement and development of the costing system, procedures and workflow to meet organization needs.
6.Handle other ad hoc costing related assignments.

Requirements
1.Possession of professional accounting qualification of a recognised professional accounting body.
2.Possession of 5 years of experience in accounting fields, preferably with 2 years of post-qualification experience.
3.Good command of written and spoken English.
4.Proficiency in computing / PC skills, e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
5.Strong analytical ability, good interpersonal skill, ability to organize work and supervise staff in a busy working environment.

1.University degree holder.
2.Hands-on experience in data analysis and information management.
