• Degree or High Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Technical Institute, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
• Grade E or above in Chinese language and English language (Syllabus B) OR Level 2 or above in Chinese language and in English language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Exam (HKCEE), or equivalent.

The tentative employment period for the above positions will be 15 months.

The will be gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in end January 2017.
