CENTRE FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT
The appointee is expected to assist in daily office operational work, research projects administration and activity implementation; liaison with internal units and external bodies; handling telephone and financial matters; managing office supply and resource room; maintaining website and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have completed secondary education with at least three years of relevant work experience. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) as well as computer application such as Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word-processing are required. Applicants should also possess communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills and be proactive and attentive to details as well as able to work independently.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
