Responsibilities:

• Monitor usage traffics and analyze the effectiveness of different channels in meeting the business objectives
• Drive SEO initiatives, measure and analyze performance across all search engines
• Analyze business trends and buyer insights to deliver effective SEO targets and roadmaps
• Prepare usage reports and conversion analysis
• Lead the project process including project design and user requirement preparation, UAT, system launch, continuous enhancements and enquiry handling
• Work with internal departments and external vendors to analyze business performance and KPIs tracking

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Information Technology, E-Commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing and minimum 4 years hands-on experience in SEO
• Experience in performance-based marketing will be an advantage
• Experience in Big Data and Modeling is a plus
• Strong technical understanding of online technologies
• Strong analytical skills and well-structured in problem solving
• A good team player, proactive and self-motivated, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
