Job Duties:

• Closely work with Head of China Projects in exploring good business opportunities in China, support to capture the opportunities and execute the implementation of business plan
• Build and develop a broad network with all business partners to cultivate and further develop business relationships and collaborations
• Assist in the setup and train staff in the new location to get familiarized with the essential operating procedures to make sure operations can commence smoothly at the early stages
• Collect and collate feedback from customers and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement can be achieved
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience with minimum 3 years in operations management and/or business development would be preferred; working experience in China is a plus
• Strong analytical skill with excellent numerical reasoning skill
• Possess strong business acumen as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, proficiency in Cantonese is definitely an asset
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Frequent travelling is expected with a possibility to be stationed outside Hong Kong
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
