Our client is a government sponsored organisation and their mission is to promote trade and investment between Scotland and the rest of the World. They are now inviting a dynamic individual to join their team in Hong Kong.

Description

You will represent the Hong Kong office and be responsible for sales and business development activity in Hong Kong. You will develop strong relationships with clients in various sectors and support their business growth and expansion plans. Leveraging your industry expertise and business network, you will further expand the client portfolio and actively prospect to key decision makers in different corporates to promote trade in Hong Kong and outbound investment to Scotland. You will also help to organise investment promotion activity in order to raise the profile of the organization in Hong Kong..

Profile

You should be a degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant business development and sales experience, ideally with relevant Investment Promotion Agencies. Candidates with strong consultative selling experience in Financial Services/ IT&T/ Professional Service industry will also be considered. Overseas education and work experience is highly preferred. Experience in international trade and exporting business is also desired. You should be a passionate individual with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and ideally another relevant language is required.
