RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to Global Director
Develop and implement asset plans, including leasing strategies & positioning, budget planning, rental forecast
Oversee and monitor all leasing administration works and compliance is in good order
Ensure the lease agreement with high accuracy and prepare for management approval
Negotiate the lease terms with landlords and possess legal knowledge
Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
Develop leasing strategies, guidelines, and other ad hoc duties
Explore and maintain relationships with new / existing clients
REQUIREMENTS
5 to 8 years retail properties management related experience
Experience working in developers, property agent or international retail group
Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration or other equivalent
Preferably in Law and legal background
Self-determined, independent and capable to work under stress
High level of communications and negotiation skills at different levels
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin for business communication
Immediate availability is preferred
