RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Global Director

• Develop and implement asset plans, including leasing strategies & positioning, budget planning, rental forecast

• Oversee and monitor all leasing administration works and compliance is in good order

• Ensure the lease agreement with high accuracy and prepare for management approval

• Negotiate the lease terms with landlords and possess legal knowledge

• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports

• Develop leasing strategies, guidelines, and other ad hoc duties

• Explore and maintain relationships with new / existing clients

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 8 years retail properties management related experience

• Experience working in developers, property agent or international retail group

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration or other equivalent

• Preferably in Law and legal background

• Self-determined, independent and capable to work under stress

• High level of communications and negotiation skills at different levels

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin for business communication

• Immediate availability is preferred
