Responsibilities:

• Review consultant’s submissions on airport capital works projects during the design stage to ensure all future maintenance requirements have been taken into account
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage franchisees, licensees, tenants and government entrusted works and ensure the works to be conducted in a safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations
• Manage refurbishment, alteration and improvement projects and coordinate with maintenance and operation teams to provide timely delivery
• Identify design and construction issues, liaise with maintenance and operation teams to provide effective structural technical solutions and arrange statutory submission as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or other related disciplines
• Professional qualification in Structural or other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
• At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in Structural Engineering. Experience in design, planning, construction and maintenance is preferred
• Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is required
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
