You will be required to advice on the engineering and maintenance aspect of the building, monitor daily operations of the M&E Systems, its regular maintenance, all emergency duties relating to system breakdowns, tender preparation and supervision of repair works.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent related subjects
• Experiences in Fire service system, air-conditioning system, plumbing & drainage and E&M maintenance works OR Experience in building renovation, conversion work, addition and alteration works
• No less than 5 years' relevant experience, with 3 years in supervisory position in building maintenance, planning, and scheduling maintenance works
• Relevant experience in managing building improvement, alternation, addition and renovation projects
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A, Grade B will be an advantage
• Self- initiative and able to work independently
