Responsibilities & Requirements:
•Responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of building services system
•Provide assistance in site supervision of maintenance work and office renovation work
•Responsible for the coordination work with contractors
•Procurement of material or spare parts
•Response to emergency call services including non-office hour
•Provide assistance in E&M maintenance work for other local SCMP properties

•Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
•5 years in Engineering field
•Holder of Grade “A or B” Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker
•Proficiency in PC applications, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
•Responsible, self-initiative and able to work independently

Work location will be at Tai Po office, shuttle bus service is provided.
