Company Overview
You are responsible for:
• assisting in developing internal audit plans, following up on status of audit issues and coordinating logistics and papers for audit committee and risk management committee meetings;
• scheduling, planning and executing internal audit projects/tasks and/or ad hoc reviews/investigations on different areas of the Authority either independently or under the guidance of management to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control and regulatory environment;
• ensuring the risks are effectively identified and constructive advices are provided on solving or mitigating risks and control issues;
• assisting in coordinating risk management activities; and
• assisting in departmental administration works.
You should:
• possess a recognised university degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, auditing or related disciplines;
• preferably be a member of an appropriate professional institution or equivalent such as CISA, CIA, CPA or CMA;
• have at least 3 years of experience in finance, ICT, auditing or equivalent; recent experience in a comparable internal audit role would be an advantage;
• preferably have experience in implementing internal control system in public bodies or sizable organisation; knowledge of control standards such as COSO, COBIT and CAAT tools such as ACL would be an advantage;
• preferably have experience in ICT audit and solid knowledge of ICT governance, infrastructure and operation, system and information security, general and application controls, project management; knowledge in construction project management and ACONEX would be an advantage;
• be meticulous with good interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively; and
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
