Job Descriptions:

To handle loan administration functions;
To reconcile the remittance and accounts;
To handle mortgage documents;
To monitor and check the servicer deliverables;
To provide customer services and handle their requests;
To work on ad hoc duties or projects; and
The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;
Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and to take up new responsibilities;
Quick learner, strong adaptability, strong analytical and communication skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
Proficient in computer operation and knowledge in MS Access an added advantage.
