Our client is one of the leading securities companies in China. To cope with their long-term expansion development, they are currently inviting high-calibre to join their Hong Kong office.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities :

• Assist the team in pitching and execution of ECM transactions including IPOs and placements in Hong Kong and PRC markets;
• Maintain existing client relationship and explore new client business;
• Extract, collect and validate relevant data for analysis;
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience gained from investment banks;
• Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of HK and PRC capital markets;
• Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities;
• Good analytical, numeric, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in oral and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
