SCAD seeks an associate director to oversee the Collaborative Learning Center, the university’s creative hub for real-world projects that facilitate authentic and collaborative learning opportunities for students, professors and external industry partners.

In this role, you will research and identify new opportunities to bring high-profile collaborative projects to SCAD. You will establish relationships with a variety of external partners and through those relationships, you will create industry-sponsored projects with partners, students and faculty that will provide advanced teaching and learning opportunities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a results-oriented focus, an assertive personality and excellent written and verbal English skills. Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail are also essential to this role.

Requirements:

• A terminal degree or 5-plus years of business experience
• Previous management experience with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders 
• Written and verbal Cantonese skills preferred
