Associate Analyst, Workforce Planning

Company Overview

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform workforce analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on frontline labor strategy that balance guest, staff and financial needs
  • Collect transaction data at operations’ locations for labor requirements analysis
  • Maintain and enhance the labor planning model and processes to facilitate decisions on short and long term labor requirements for Hong Kong Disneyland frontline operations
  • Partner with frontline operations teams to develop creative solutions to meet operating labor requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of workload data to the scheduling team for the production of schedules for frontline staff
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc workforce utilization reports and labor hours analysis

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Relevant experience in planning and analysis preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Fresh graduates will be considered 

 

Required Education

 

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any related disciplines
