Associate Analyst, Workforce Planning

Company Overview
Responsibilities
- Perform workforce analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on frontline labor strategy that balance guest, staff and financial needs
- Collect transaction data at operations’ locations for labor requirements analysis
- Maintain and enhance the labor planning model and processes to facilitate decisions on short and long term labor requirements for Hong Kong Disneyland frontline operations
- Partner with frontline operations teams to develop creative solutions to meet operating labor requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of workload data to the scheduling team for the production of schedules for frontline staff
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc workforce utilization reports and labor hours analysis
Basic Qualifications
- Relevant experience in planning and analysis preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Strong data analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Fresh graduates will be considered
Required Education
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any related disciplines
