Scope
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Assistant Director of Sales / Senior Sales Manager, and as well as within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, overseas and implements all sales activities in his / her specific area of responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities
-
Plans and conducts regular sales calls to Corporate Accounts and sales blitz in potential buildings within the assigned geographic area.

Conduct entertainments and hotel inspections with the decision makers, rate negotiators, influential / prime contacts and key bookers of his / her specific market areas on regular basis.

Builds and maintains strong relationship with established clientele and constantly explores new business opportunities.

Achieves monthly and annual personal target in terms of room night and room revenue, to support achieving the target of corporate segment

Implements all sales action plans related to his / her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Job Requirement
- High Diploma in education level
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in related field
- Good leadership and management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess business sense to drive and cater to the business need of the hotel
- Multilingual is preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and flexible in all aspects;
- Attentive to details
