Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking-off works and assisting project tendering
• Assisting evaluation of cost estimates
• Co-ordination with different trades of contractors and suppliers and managing bid pricing from all vendors

Qualification:

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or any related discipline
• 2+ years’ relevant QS / cost estimation working experience is preferred
• Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Capable to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Experience in using measurement software is preferred
• Able to work under pressure  
• Immediate available is preferred
