Responsibilities:

• Assist Quality Assurance Manager and provide guidance and technical support to team members
• Conduct quality check timely and accurately
• Help to review all sample checking and MSP results and identify areas for improvement initiatives
• Conduct meetings and briefings to frontline staff and reinforce the importance of sales quality
• Support the best practice sharing by constant review of sales process compliance of sales staff
• Support the enforcement of sales compliance by branch sales staff
• Contribute to and implement sales quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of monitoring process and tools to ensure continuous improvement of sales quality
• Constant review and improve the sales quality guidelines and measures
• Promote sales integrity by monitoring full compliance with sales discipline guidelines and recommend control measures for the execution
• Assist to develop and promote high banking service standard in all channels
• Assist to promote the Front Line Experience by staff and customers, and the Bank’s image and merchandising display

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines
• Possess valid license and registration as a RI under Securities and Future Ordinance & IA under HKFI; CFP qualification would be preferred
• Proven experience on sales in both insurance and investment products; sales and services quality assurance monitoring 
• Able to drive quality experience
• Project management experience would be an asset
• Strong analytical reasoning capabilities and people management skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Officer.
