The Job:

• Develop and launch new personal care products that aligned with our Group strategy and direction
• Ensure efficient and profitable management of the product development process including supplier liaison, price negotiation, innovating packaging, cost management, marketing and establishing operational and merchandising guidelines.
• Conduct competitive market analysis with the objective of identifying new product opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date on the current market trends for the development of products
• Manage and maintain a business partnership with suppliers
• Coordinate with Design and QA for compliance purposes
• Plan and develop marketing and promotional strategies of new products
• In charge of the team to ensure the consistency and quality completion of tasks assigned

The Person:

• Diploma or university graduate with a degree in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and merchandising sector
• Prior work experience in health and beauty products preferred
• Sound understanding in product development and category management metrics/ technique
• Strong negotiation skills with good analytical mind and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
