AXA Hong Kong is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
- Responsible to prepare and analyze performance reports of all distribution channels on regular basis
- Maintain the database and ensure good quality of the data
- Provide support for key distribution initiatives such as incentives launch, development projects
- Support the MIS enhancements in regards to processes, accuracy and methodology
- Identify sales compliance and quality fulfillment gaps on sales practices through statistical analysis and sales quality checking
- Assist manager in ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- University graduate, major in Mathematics / Statistics / Information Systems
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Access
- Strong problem solving, communication and time management skills
