Major Duties:
(a) To assist in developing integrated marketing plans for VTC’s programmes and services;
(b) To implement student recruitment campaigns, advertising plans and marketing activities across different media;
(c) To organize community outreach programmes and marketing events;
(d) To develop promotional materials and publications; and
(e) To build strong networks with key stakeholders, including the school sector, parent groups and NGOs.
Requirements:
(a) A recognized degree or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the fields of marketing / marketing communications / advertising / public relations / digital marketing and database management;
(c) High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua;
(d) Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
(e) Good planning and project management skills; and
(f) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

(1) The post is in the rank of “Officer”. Suitable candidate(s) with more experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Marketing Manager.
