Key Responsibilities:
- Planning for monthly CRM activities, brand promotion and maintain excellent services to VIP and luxury clients.
- Planning and executing loyalty program and VIP events as well as maintaining CRM system.
- Lead a team of CRM Executive to develop new ideas / strategies / CRM approach to increase higher engagement level with the top spender.
- Monitor various projects of CRM systems and regular reviews on data management related to e.g. customer behavior & target audience.
- To implement CRM / Event activities to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 6 years’ experience in CRM or event promotion with managerial experience
- Experience from luxury industries is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM, Loyalty program, Retail Marketing, Customer Acquisition, operations & CRM system aspects.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
