Scope of Duties:

• Co-ordinate and produce aircraft input schedules, long/short term workload and capacity forecast and related reports
• Close liaison with Commercial department and AFS on quotation and hangar slot issues
• Review and discuss AFS manpower loading/hangar bay utilization with AFS
• Responsible for maintaining / update the last hangar schedule with workload information
• Regular report of business forecast and budgets to senior management
• Support AFS / Commercial in annual budgeting and scenario analysis for business decisions
• Supervises Technical Record Section

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Production and Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in aviation or heavy maintenance experience
• At Engineer grade or above for at least 5 years
• Initiative and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound business acumen and strong project management skills
• Ability to use a wide range of PC software effectively including MS Office
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
