Responsibilities

- As part of the Global Head Office Marketing team, work closely with marketing teams of designated end markets (India, Russia, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Netherland) on both planning and executions of all consumer marketing activities.

- Share global digital initiative with markets and support adaptation.

- Provide expertise and up-to-date knowledge to end markets on various digital marketing vehicles including SEM, banner ads, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtubeetc.).

- Analyze various KPIs and market data to generate insights that guide business actions and results.

- Work closely with end markets to follow through all marketing communications design, executions, and evaluation.

- Contribute to marketing strategy formulation and planning.

- Keep up-to-date with latest digital marketing trend in designated markets and continuously drive innovations in consumer communications.

- Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by Manager, Market Development

Requirements

- University graduate or equivalent

- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing / advertising in which at least 3 years of solid digital marketing experience including search marketing, display ads, and social media.

- Understanding of the digital scene of designated markets is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate and influence internal and external parties to work toward common goals

- Good business acumen with strong execution skills

- Detail minded, result oriented , innovative and self-motivated

- Good critical thinking and analytical skills

- Fluent in both Cantonese and English.

The successful candidate will be engaged in contract employment for two years.
