Responsibilities:

• Handle marine insurance claims (including cargo, yacht, hull, P&I and other marine liabilities) independently within delegated authority in accordance with the company guidelines and standard
• Provide clear and timely communication and maintain good client relationships with the insured, agents, service providers, internal customers and other stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy of settlements and pursue recoveries within regulatory/company’s requirements
• Prepare analytical and status reports

Requirements:

• Territory education in any disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in assessing marine claims
• Strong knowledge in insurance and shipping industries
• Strong customer-centric mind
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Good comment in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
